Caitlann Consulting, a leading expert in database management and support and part of VINCI Energies Belgium since 2024, announces that as of January 1, 2026, it will operate under the Axians brand. While the legal entity remains unchanged, this rebranding completes the company’s full operational integration into Axians, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies.
With a team of Oracle and MS SQL database engineers, Caitlann Consulting manages more than 1,000 databases, primarily for healthcare and utilities clients in southern Belgium. Its services focus on database management and support, with a strong emphasis on managed services, making the team a trusted partner for organizations with mission-critical databases. Internally, this business unit will be known as Axians BXL-South.
Full integration
Acquired by VINCI Energies Belgium in summer 2024, Caitlann Consulting’s database expertise is a strong addition to Axians’ existing portfolio in Belgium, which includes audiovisual solutions, critical communications, business applications, information management, hybrid cloud, and cybersecurity.

The choice for rebranding aligns with Axians’ ambition to expand its activities in Wallonia. Building on its strong position in healthcare and utilities, the business unit serves as a key growth driver in southern Belgium. Through the Axians network, the team can meet the rising demand for integrated ICT solutions—combining cloud, business applications, and database management under a unified security strategy.
The legal entity remains unchanged, and the team will continue operating from Wauthier-Braine, maintaining its autonomy within Axians in line with VINCI Energies’ decentralized structure.
